Valley Health Center (VHC) at Bascom Pharmacy accepts sharps and unwanted prescribed medication.Drop-off bins located in the pharmacy.Sharps must be in approved bio-hazard container (can be obtained at VHC in pharmacy or drugstores).ACCEPTED: Medications in any dosage form, except for those listed below, in their original container or sealed bag.If transferring medications to a sealed bag, please be sure to recycle all remaining packaging.NOT ACCEPTED: Medications in any dosage form not listed above, herbal remedies, vitamins, supplements, cosmetics, other personal care products, compressed cylinders, aerosols, inhalers, medical devices, sharps, illicit drugs, and iodine-containing medications.If you have any questions, please call (844) 633-7765 to contact the MED-Project hotline.
